TEA@UCF Design Competitions
The Spring and Fall Design Competitions are competitions created and facilitated by the TEA@UCF Officers meant to prepare our Members for the Ryerson Invitational Thrill Design Competition. TEA@UCF Members are put into teams and have to work together in creating a Theme Park Land with a storyline to match a given theme. This land will include everything one might find in a typical theme park land, such as attractions, entertainment, food and beverage offerings, merchandise shops, restrooms, etc. Teams will learn and use many different industry softwares to help them visualize their ideas. After a few months of work, teams then present their final project to a panel of judges from the Themed Entertainment Industry.

TEA@UCF Summer Competitions
The Summer Design Competition is a competition hosted over the summer by the Programs Chair and judged by the TEA@UCF officers. Each year's theme is different and is completed by either one person or a team of two, as opposed to the spring and fall competitions that are completed by larger teams. These competitions are a way to keep members engaged with themed entertainment over the long break, as well as another opportunity for them to hone their skills and creativity!
